丢步十有八九是机械阻力变大造成的，检查轴承如果是好的话，就清洗丝杆后再上新黄油。滑块等都要清洗后重新上新油。如果还不行看看步进电机引线接触是否良好。

Nine times out of ten, the lost step is caused by the increased mechanical resistance. If the bearing is good, clean the screw rod and then apply new grease. Clean the sliding block and add new oil. If not, see if the stepper motor lead contact is good.

雕刻机在刻圆时，重复运行多次程序，出现不同心，刀路逐渐往圆内走，感觉圆越画越小。或者刻字时，刻出字的比例和电脑程序的比例不一样，有点压缩的味道。这就说明雕刻机丢步了。

1、检查一下机器附近是否有干扰源，比如高压线，变压器设备等干扰设备。

2、电源不稳定也会引起该问题，更换电原或增加稳压器。

3、看一下加工参数里面的加工速度是否超出机器的极限速度，请更改成合适的雕刻速度。

4、机械上可能是联轴器松动，及时紧固松动的联轴器。

5、雕刻机驱动器或者驱动芯片损坏。如雕刻机的x、y、z轴步进电机是由专用的芯片驱动，如果芯片损坏或者散热不好就会导致步进电机丢步。驱动芯片稳定超过105度就会自动断电保护，等温度降低后电流又会恢复。送修驱动器、更换驱动器或者加装散热风扇即可解决此问题。
