泡沫雕刻机日常如何进行维护保养是很重要的事情，因为设备是靠里面的各个零部件一起维持运行的，任何一个零部件出现问题，都有可能影响整个设备的功能使用，所以平时一定要按照规定，做好日常的一些检查，那有什么检查呢，大概需要检查什么部位和系统呢，大家一起了解一下。
How to maintain the foam carving machine is very important, because the equipment is maintained by the internal parts. Any part of the parts may have problems that affect the function of the whole equipment. So, we must do some routine inspections according to the regulations. What kind of inspection is there? What parts and systems do you need to check?
日检：主要项目包括液压系统、主轴润滑系统、导轨润换系统、冷却系统、气压系统。日检就是根据系统的正常情况来加以检测，例如，当进行主轴润滑系统的过程检测时，电源灯亮，油压泵应正常运转，若电源灯不亮，则应保持主轴停止状态，与机械师联系，进行维修。
Daily inspection: the main items include hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system, cooling system and air pressure system. Daily inspection is to detect according to the normal conditions of the system. For example, when the process inspection of the spindle lubrication system is carried out, the power light is on, and the oil pump should operate normally. If the power light is not on, keep the spindle stopped, and contact the mechanic for maintenance.
周检：其主要项目包括机床零件、主轴润滑系统，应该每周对其进行正确的检查，特别是对机床零件要清理干净铁屑，进行外部杂物清扫。
Weekly inspection: its main items include machine tool parts and spindle lubrication system, which should be correctly inspected every week, especially the machine tool parts should be cleaned of iron filings and external sundries.
月检：主要是对电源和空气干燥器进行检查。电源电压在正常情况下额定电压180v~220v，频率50hz，如有异常，要对其进行测量，调整。空气干燥器应该每月拆一次，然后进行清洗、装配。
Monthly inspection: mainly inspect the power supply and air dryer. Under normal conditions, the rated voltage of the power supply is 180V ~ 220V and the frequency is 50Hz. If there is any abnormality, it shall be measured and adjusted. The air dryer should be disassembled once a month, and then cleaned and assembled.
季检：主要从机床床身、液压系统、主轴润滑系统三方面进行检查。例如，对机床床身进行检查时，主要看机床精度、机床水平是否符合手册中的要求，如有问题，应马上和机械师联系。对液压系统和主轴润滑系统进行检查时，如有问题，应分别更换一下新油品，并对其进行清洗。
Quarterly inspection: mainly from three aspects: machine bed, hydraulic system and spindle lubrication system. For example, when checking the machine bed, it mainly depends on whether the accuracy and level of the machine tool meet the requirements in the manual. If there is any problem, contact the mechanic immediately. When checking the hydraulic system and spindle lubrication system, if there is any problem, replace it with new oil and clean it.
半年检：半年后，应对机床的液压系统、主轴润滑系统以及X轴进行检查，如出现问题，应更换上新油，并进行清洗。
Semi annual inspection: after half a year, check the hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system and x-axis of the machine tool. If there is a problem, replace it with new oil and clean it.
