四工序开料机的主轴电机冷却方式？

四工序开料机主轴电机在长时间的高速运转作用下会发热发烫，为了避免造成电机烧坏，所以数控开料机一般配备冷却装备；一般四工序开料机主轴电机的冷却方式有两种，一种是水冷，一种是风冷；

水冷：水冷采用水循环来冷却主轴高速旋转后产生的热量；
Water cooling: water cooling adopts water circulation to cool the heat generated by high-speed rotation of the spindle;
风冷：风冷的主轴采用风扇的方式来散热；
Air cooling: the main shaft of air cooling adopts the way of fan to dissipate heat;
从内部结构来说，二者是统一的，都是采用定子绕线圈转动；从电机的控制方式来说，水冷的是变频控制的，风冷主轴则不然，可以采用变频和不变频的方式控制；

水冷根据自身的循环流通，所以散热效果优于风冷，从噪音方面风冷噪音比较大，使用寿命和精度方面水冷都优于风冷，所以通常使用水冷方式的较多，从各方面性能来说水冷都优于风冷；
