(1)保丽龙雕刻机三轴中有一轴不能动，此时要检查一下相应全顺保丽龙雕刻机轴所对应的驱动块是否损坏。检查方法可使用替换法：将全顺保丽龙雕刻机不动轴所对应的航空插头拔下插在其他能动轴所对应的驱动上。

(1) One of the three axes of the styrofoam engraving machine is not active. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the drive block corresponding to the axis of the styrofoam engraving machine is damaged. The inspection method can be replaced: pull out the aviation plug corresponding to the fixed shaft of Quanshun styrofoam engraving machine and plug it into the corresponding drive of other active shafts.

(2)保丽龙雕刻机如果交换后不动轴走动正常，则可说明该轴所对应的驱动块已损坏，需要更换好驱动块。如果不动轴还是不行就说明电缆线或电机有故障更换电缆线或者电机。三轴均不能动。此时检查一下三轴航空插头是否已和控制箱连接好，控制箱电源是否已打开。数据线是否和控制箱和电脑主机中控制卡连接好。如果以上都正常，则请和全顺保丽龙雕刻机授权维修点联系。

(2) If the fixed shaft moves normally after exchanging, it indicates that the drive block corresponding to the shaft is damaged and needs to be replaced. If the shaft still does not move, it means that the cable or motor is faulty, replace the cable or motor. All three axes can't move. At this time, check whether the three-axis aviation plug has been connected with the control box, and whether the power supply of the control box has been turned on. Whether the data line is well connected with the control card in the control box and computer host. (3)保丽龙雕刻机主轴不能正常运转。检查变频器LED显示屏显示的错误代码(参见全顺保丽龙雕刻机变频器说明书错误代码项)

保丽龙雕刻机电机发烫检查水泵是否工作循环水是否正常，电机没劲检查电机线是否缺相电缆是否短路，电机声音异常电机是否超负荷运转电机内部故障，电机反转检查电机线是否缺相将输出UVW端任意调换两端。
