co2激光切割机和光纤切割机的区别!

In carbon dioxide laser cutting, carbon dioxide gas is the medium to produce laser beams. However, optical lasers operate through diodes and fiber optic cables. The optical fiber laser system pumps the laser beam into several diodes and then transmits it to the laser cutting head through flexible optical fiber cables rather than through a mirror. This has many advantages, first of all, cutting the size of the bed. Unlike gas lasers, fiber lasers have no limitations. Reflectors of gas lasers must be set at a certain distance. You can even install a fiber laser next to the plasma cutting head of the plasma cutting machine, which is not the choice for CO2 laser cutting. Similarly, the bending resistance of the fibers makes the system more compact than that of the gas cutting system with the same power.

Carbon dioxide laser cutting system needs carbon dioxide as laser gas. Because of the purity of carbon dioxide gas, the cavity will be polluted and need to be cleaned regularly. For a kilowatt carbon dioxide system, it costs at least $20,000 a year. In addition, many carbon dioxide emission reductions require high-speed axial-flow turbines to deliver laser gas, while turbines need to be maintained and refurbished.
从以上对比来看,虽然CO2的切割能力非常强,但是纤维在和成本上仍然占有较高的优势。纤维所带来的经济效益远远高于CO2。在未来的发展趋势中,光纤激光切割机将占据主流设备的地位。
From the above comparison, although CO2 cutting ability is very strong, but the fiber still has a higher advantage in energy saving and cost. The economic benefit of fibers is much higher than that of carbon dioxide. In the future development trend, optical fiber laser cutting machine will occupy the position of the mainstream equipment.
