雕刻机主轴水冷主轴与风冷主轴的区别在哪里？

1.使用寿命、水冷主轴应注意维护、频繁换水或使用工业用水冷却器，这样的主轴寿命比空冷主轴长得多！

2.精度，水冷主轴的轴向和径向跳动基本低于0.003 mm，而气冷主轴（国产）则远低于0.003 mm！

3.水冷，顾名思义，就是用水循环冷却主轴高速旋转所产生的热量，这是很好的，因为水循环后的温度（常用的试验）不会超过40度；空气冷却的主轴使用风扇散热，其效果肯定不如水冷的效果好。
