1、哒哒的声音：声音频率随轴承转速而变化，零件表面波纹度是引起噪音的主要原因。解决方法：改善轴承滚道表面加工质量，降低波纹度幅值、减少碰伤、修正游隙预紧力和配合，检查自由端轴承的运转，改善轴与轴承座的精度安装方法。

3、杂质音：由轴承或的清洁度引起,发出一种不规则的异常音，声音时有时无,时大时小,在高速电机上发生频繁。解决方法：选用好的油脂、提高注脂前的清洁度、加强轴承的密封性能、提高安装环境的清洁度

4、淅沥淅沥的声音：由保持器与滚动体振动、冲撞产生,不管润滑脂种类如何都可能产生，承受力矩、负荷或径向游隙大的时候更容易产生.解决方法:提高保持器精度、选用游隙小的轴承或对轴承施加预负荷、降低力矩负荷，减少安装误差、选用好的油脂。
4. Rustling sound: it is produced by the vibration and collision between retainer and rolling element, no matter what kind of grease is, and it is easier to produce when bearing torque, load or radial clearance is large. Solutions: improve the accuracy of retainer, select bearing with small clearance or preload bearing, reduce torque load, reduce installation error and select good grease.
