1、哒哒的声音:声音频率随轴承转速而变化,零件表面波纹度是引起噪音的主要原因。解决方法:改善轴承滚道表面加工质量,降低波纹度幅值、减少碰伤、修正游隙预紧力和配合,检查自由端轴承的运转,改善轴与轴承座的精度安装方法。

4.
