怎样解决雕刻机的突发情况

雕刻机在工作过程中难免会有些突发情况，如：雕刻刀断掉了，雕刻材料移动了等等，都需要终止雕刻，重新开始。对于一些复杂的路径要是再重头开始，不免要浪费很多时间，这里就来说一下应对这些问题的方法。
Carving machine in the process of work will inevitably have some unexpected circumstances, such as: carving knife broken, carving material moved, etc., need to stop carving, start again. For some complex paths, if we start all over again, it will inevitably waste a lot of time. Here's how to deal with these problems.
1 终止雕刻：对于一些二维或是三维路径都比较复杂，用时比较长，要是在雕刻过程中刀具断掉，要暂停雕刻机（维宏系统快捷键F10）然后再终止雕刻（F11)关闭主轴旋转。
Stop engraving: some 2D or 3D paths are complicated and take a long time. If the cutter breaks during engraving, first stop engraving machine (shortcut key F10 of Weihong system), then stop engraving (F11) and turn off spindle rotation.
2 回工件原点：使雕刻机回到工件原点（快捷键F7)，上升机头，更换刀具，刀具直径一定要跟之前使用的一样，否则会影响雕刻效果。
2 return to the workpiece origin: make the engraving machine return to the workpiece origin (shortcut key F7), raise the head, change the tool, the tool diameter must be the same as before, otherwise the engraving effect will be affected.
3 重新设定Z轴原点：接着就开启主轴，设定Z轴的深度（要跟之前的设定方式一致，台面对刀或工件对刀）
Reset z-axis origin: then open the spindle and set the depth of z-axis (same as the previous setting method, tool setting on table or workpiece)
4 执行开始：点击操作–开始，选择从“具体位置到文件结束”具体位置是指之前终止文件的地址，在主轴旋转按钮左侧显示，一般选择时要小于当前数字，这样不于漏刻。点击确定就可以了。
4. Execute advanced start: click operation - Advanced start, and select "specific location to end of file". The specific location refers to the address of the previous terminated file, which is displayed on the left side of the spindle rotation button. Generally, the selection should be less than the current number, so as not to miss engraving. Just click OK.
分解路径
Decomposition path
1 重新计算路径：如果雕刻的文件是由多个整体路径组成的，那么在发生突发情况后，可以在文泰里把已经雕好的路径删除，只保留未雕刻的路径，然后重新保存路径。
1 recalculate path: if the carved file is composed of multiple overall paths, then in case of emergency, you can delete the carved path in Wentai, keep only the uncut path, and then save the path again.
2 重新开始新的雕刻文件：换上新的刀具并设定好Z轴原点后，（注意X\Y轴原点不能修改）选择新的雕刻文件，来雕刻未完成的部分即可。
2 start a new engraving file again: after changing a new tool and setting the z-axis origin, (note that the x-axis and y-axis origin cannot be modified), select a new engraving file to carve the unfinished part.
注意事项 在更换刀具后一定记得重新设定Z轴深度，不然很能下刀过深导致刀具断掉。
Note: remember to reset the z-axis depth after changing the tool, otherwise the tool will be broken due to too deep cutting.
