五轴雕刻机工作方式及优势

1、点接触——广泛使用的五轴加工类型。

所谓的点接触加工是指在加工过程中点接触形成加工方法,如球面铣刀、球面砂轮磨削。这种类型的加工的主要特点是:球面法向量指向整个空间,表面法向量的处理有适应能力,和线,表面接触处理相比,其编程简单,计算,只要这工具半径小于曲率半径的表面可以避免干扰。因此适用于任何表面处理。但由于接触成型的原因,切削速度接近于零,因此切削条件差,加工精度和效率低。
