石材雕刻机的刀头有哪些?

石材雕刻机是一种能够在天然石材、玻璃、陶瓷上进行字画雕刻的高科技全自动电脑控制雕刻设备。石材的材质较硬，且质地也不一样，因此雕刻不同的石材，需要用到不同的刀具。下面小编简单介绍下石材雕刻机的刀头有哪些。

石材雕刻机的种类：
Types of stone carving machine:
1、冶熔金刚石磨头刀：冶熔金刚石磨头刀，采用军工高科技"冶熔金刚石技术"制造。具有锋利度好，雕刻效率高，刀头不变形，雕刻精度高等特点。因此，雕刻大理石，青石，砂岩等材质时，常常作为率浮雕的较常选的刀具，亦是刻大字的利器。
1. Melting diamond grinding head cutter: melting diamond grinding head cutter is manufactured by military high-tech "melting diamond technology". It has the advantages of good sharpness, high carving efficiency, no deformation of cutter head and high carving accuracy. 2、PCD聚晶金刚石刀：采用进口聚晶金刚石刀片，质量远非廉价国产刀片可比，采用真空焊接技术，刀片不损伤不脱落；显微研磨技术使得刀刃的锋利度，强度得到较优化。一般用来刻花岗岩小字，硬度好，寿命高，雕刻效果好，使用时，应该注意柔性走刀，不可下刀过猛。
2. PCD polycrystalline diamond cutter: the imported polycrystalline diamond blade is far from cheap in quality, and the domestic blade is comparable. The vacuum welding technology is used to ensure that the blade does not damage or fall off; the micro grinding technology optimizes the sharpness and strength of the cutting edge. It is generally used to carve granite small characters. It has good hardness, high service life and good carving effect. When using it, you should pay attention to flexible cutting, and do not cut too hard.
3、普通刀型合金刀：采用高性能合金材质，双刃设计，锋利度好，性价比高，手工重磨容易，但是这种刀型由于角度不标准（刀尖处有另外一个较大的角度），不适合做浮雕，一般用于雕刻青石，大理石。
3. Common blade type alloy knife: high performance alloy material, double blade design, good sharpness, high cost performance, easy manual regrinding. 4、标准角度合金刀：采用高性能合金材质，双刃设计，角度标准，刻字，精细浮雕效果都好。一般用于雕刻青石，大理石。可定做磨制成带平底的平底尖刀。
4. Standard angle alloy knife: high performance alloy material, double blade design, angle standard, engraving, fine relief effect is good. Generally used for carving bluestone and marble. It can be customized and ground into flat bottomed sharp knife.
5、整体合金三棱刀：整体合金三棱刀采用超微粒超耐磨合金，耐磨性远高于市面上其它三棱刀，角度标准，刻字效果好！有磨刀机的客户，可用此刀。
5. Integral alloy trilateral cutter: the whole alloy trilateral cutter is made of ultra-fine particles and super wear-resistant alloy. Its wear resistance is much higher than other three edge knives on the market. The angle is standard and the engraving effect is good!
