一、四轴雕刻机和五轴雕刻机有什么区别
1、 What is the difference between four axis engraving machine and five axis engraving machine
普通雕刻机只有XYZ三个轴,同过在XYZ三轴上添加多一个旋转轴的雕刻机称为四轴雕刻机,添加两个旋转轴的雕刻机叫五轴雕刻机。

四轴雕刻机有三种不同的添加旋转轴,分别为A、B、C三种,A轴是绕X轴旋转的轴,以此类推B轴对应Y轴,C轴对应Z轴。ABC这三个旋转轴又叫做分度头,四轴雕刻机即是三轴雕刻机上添加了一个分度头,具体是添加在哪一条坐标轴上就看客户需求了。

五轴雕刻机跟四轴雕刻机有点相似,但是又不完全一样。五轴雕刻机也是添加分度头,但是也添加两个,而且还是在装机过程中才能添加,意思就是无法在一台完整的三轴雕刻机上直接添加到XYZ三个轴上。

保丽龙雕刻机
与四轴雕刻机同理,五轴雕刻机只不过是在ABC三个旋转轴上选其中两个,可以是AB、AC、BC。正是因为五轴雕刻机旋转轴比四轴雕刻机多一个,所以五轴雕刻机能加工的工件四轴雕刻机不一定能加工,而四轴雕刻机能加工的工件五轴雕刻机却可以加工。

在编程方面,四轴雕刻机的编程跟五轴雕刻机的编程是有较大的区别的,四轴雕刻机加工工件时,刀轴始终是朝着工件旋转轴心线的,编程跟三轴雕刻机比较相似。

When the four axis engraving machine processes the workpiece, the cutter axis always rotates toward the axis line of the workpiece, and the programming is similar to that of the three axis engraving machine.
五轴雕刻机加工工件时,由于刀具和工件在相互位置加工过程中随时调整,例如加工螺旋桨一片时,为了得到比较好的表面质量,那就需要刀具和叶片表面夹角始终保持一致,也就是说刀轴方向不断改变,经常需要手工进行刀轴的插补,在加工这些复杂的空间曲面时要考虑的参数比四轴雕刻机编程时多得多,而且对数控系统有较高的要求,如果使用一般的数控系统还会增加编程难度,影响机床精度,大多数五轴雕刻机使用的是三菱或者发那科的数控系统,而四轴雕刻机则没有这么高的要求。

Most of the five axis engraving machines use the CNC system of MITSUBISHI or fanco, while the four axis engraving machine does not have such high requirements.
