怎么做才能达到高质量的切割效果?

使用激光切割机时,评价其加工质量的好坏主要包括四个方面。
  When using laser cutting machine, the evaluation of its processing quality mainly includes four aspects.
  切割面光滑、纹路少、没有脆性断裂
  Smooth cutting surface, less grain, no brittle fracture
  激光高温切割板材时,熔融材料的痕迹不会出现于垂直激光束下方的切口里,反而会在激光束偏后处喷出来。结果,弯曲的纹路在切割边缘形成了,纹路紧紧跟随移动的激光束,为了修正这个问题,在切割加工结尾时降低进给速率,可以大大纹路的行成;
  When laser cutting plate at high temperature, the trace of molten material will not appear in the incision under the vertical laser beam, but will eject at the back of the laser beam. As a result, the curved lines are formed at the cutting edge, and the lines follow the moving laser beam tightly. To correct this problem, reducing the feed rate at the end of the cutting process can greatly eliminate the lines.
  2切缝宽度窄(这主要与激光束光斑直径大小有关,取决于激光管的好坏)

  切口宽度一般来说不影响切割质量,仅仅在部件内部形成特别精密的轮廓时,切割宽度才有重要影响,这是因为切割宽度决定了轮廓的小内经,当板材厚度增加时,切割宽度也随之增加。所以想要保证同等高精度,不管切口宽度多大,工件在激光切割机的加工区域应该是恒定的;
  Generally speaking, cutting width does not affect cutting quality. Only when a particularly precise contour is formed inside the parts, cutting width has an important effect. This is because cutting width determines the leading inner meridian of the contour. When the thickness of the sheet increases, cutting width also increases. Therefore, in order to ensure the same high accuracy, no matter how wide the cut width, the workpiece in the laser cutting machine processing area should be constant;
  切缝垂直度好,热影响区域小
  Verticality of slit is good and heat affected area is small.
  当加工材料的厚度超过18mm时,切割边缘的垂直度是非常重要的;远离焦点时,激光束变得发散,根据焦点的位置,切割朝着顶部或者底部变宽。切割边缘偏离垂直线百分之几毫米,边缘越垂直,切割质量越高;
  When the thickness of the material exceeds 18 mm, the verticality of the cutting edge is very important; when away from the focus, the laser beam diverges, and the cutting is widened toward the top or bottom according to the position of the focus. The cutting edge deviates from the vertical line by several millimeters. The more vertical the edge is, the higher the cutting quality is.

  作为热切割加工应用设备,在使用过程中势必会对材料造成热影响,其体现主要包括三个方面:a.热影响区域;b.凹陷和腐蚀;c.材料变形
  As an application equipment of thermal cutting, it will inevitably cause thermal impact on materials in the process of use, which mainly includes three aspects: A. heat affected area; B. depression and corrosion; C. material deformation.
  其中热影响区域指激光切割中,沿着切口附近的区域被加热。同时,材料本身结构发生变化。例如,一些材料会发生硬化现象。热影响区域指的是内部结构因高温而发生变化的区域性的变化;而凹陷和腐蚀是对切割边缘的表面有不利影响,影响激光切割机的外观。他们出现在一般本应避免的切割误差;如果切割使得部件急剧加热,它就会变形。精细加工中这一点尤为重要,因为这里的轮廓和连接片通常只有十分之几毫米宽。控制激光功率以及使用短激光脉冲可以减少部件变热,避免变形。
  At the same time, the structure of the material itself has changed. For example, hardening occurs in some materials. The heat affected zone refers to the regional change of internal structure due to high temperature, while the depression and corrosion have adverse effects on the surface of cutting edge and affect the appearance of laser cutting machine. They occur in cutting errors that should normally be avoided; if cutting causes parts to heat sharply after taking the lead, it will deform. This is particularly important in fine processing, where the contours and joints are usually only a few tenths of a millimeter wide. The control of laser power and the use of short laser pulses can reduce the heating of components and avoid deformation.
