保丽龙数控雕刻机为高精数控设备，雕刻机不能正常工作时，可能是其内部元件出了问题或者是其他方面的原因，所以必要的日常维护与保养对本机的使用寿命及精度关重要，下面来看下雕刻机的检修方法有哪些呢?

Therefore, the necessary daily maintenance and repair are very important to the service life and accuracy of the machine. What are the maintenance methods of the engraving machine?
1、确定雕刻机的电压是220伏还是380伏，不可盲目载电。
1. First, determine whether the voltage of the engraving machine is 220 V or 380 V, and do not carry electricity blindly.
2、确定电压是否符合要求，电压应在210V-230V之间，如果不符合需要采用稳压器。选择稳压器时一定要选择高质量的(功率在2000W以上，一般重量应在15公斤以上)。

8、卡头的保护：电机卡头和刀具之间是靠金属的摩擦固定的，所以安装刀具加油，防止长时间不拆卸或冷却液腐蚀而造成拆卸困难。
