保丽龙雕刻机的操作跟性能特点

一、操作者需要熟悉机床的性能与结构，掌握操作程序，严格遵循守则和操作维护规程。

二、非指定人员不得随便动用设备，室内需配备防火措施。

三、开动泡沫雕刻机机床前应先做好下列工作：

经常保持工作台拖板、滚珠丝杆及导轨的清洁，切勿使灰尘等进入，以免影响运动精度。

如滚丝筒在换向时有抖丝或振动情况，应立即停止使用，检查有关零件是否松动，并及时调整。

每周应有1-2次用煤油注入导轮轴承内，以保持清洁和使用寿命。

要特别注意对控制台装置的精心维护，保持清洁。

操作者不得乱动电气元件及控制台装置，发现问题应立即停机，通知维修人员检修。

工作结束或下班时要切断电源，擦拭机床及控制的全部装置，保持整洁，用罩将计算机全部盖好，清扫工作场地（要避免灰尘飞扬）特别是机床的导轨滑动面擦干净，并加好油认真做好交接班及运行记录。
