开料时开料机跑板的原因

1、机台本身吸附力不好,整张板子吸附固定的问题不大,加工小料的时候就吸附不住。

2、生产软件生成的加工路径不合理,应当遵循先切小板再切大板,先切没有连接的地方再切有连接的地方,都是小板要从外边往里面切,遵序的原理就是产品不是依靠本身的吸附力固定住自己,而是靠其它的板材去辅助固定的,注:加工实木的时候尤其要注意材料的纹理。

4、加工时刀具过切量太大,台面底板加工留下的深浅不一的刀痕,刀痕加工时会漏气,造成材料跟底板之间吸附力小,同时造成接触面小根据单位面积摩擦力公式,摩擦力等于摩擦因数乘以正向压力,接触面积减少,正向压力减小,那么相对应的摩擦力也会随之减小,在开料阻力不变的情况下去,摩擦力小于阻力就会造成跑板。

5、真空泵自身负压力能否达到需要的值,这个可以通过关掉吸附阀门的方式看真空压力表数值,正常单独测试应达到-0.7-1.2。吸附全开也要控制在-0.5以上,太低吸附力不够。
