双工序开料机开出的板材崩边解决方法

在使用双工序开料机加工板材的时有时候会遇到一种问题——加工出来的板材崩边。那么这个问题到底是什么原因造成的呢？有什么好的办法可以避免出现这种情况？

1、板材材质原因

在开料中常用的板材有密度板和刨花板。这两种板材硬度高、成本低和易加工等原因被广泛应用板式家具生产当中。但是这两种板材有同一个缺点，那就是这两种板材都是压制而成，如果粘结力度不强的话，开料的时候就容易崩边，所以这就需要我们在选购板材时多注意。

2、刀 具的锋利度原因

数控开料机开料是用刀 具开料的，刀 具的锋利度直接就影响到开料表面的粗糙程度。如果刀 具的锋利程度不强，那么开出来的板材就会出现崩边，所以需要在使用数控开料机时注意刀 具的磨损程度，及时更换刀 具。

3、主轴转速原因

数控开料机的主轴转速好坏直接影响加工效果，如果主轴转速不够的话，开出来的板材就非常有可能出现崩边。

4、刀 具装夹不牢固

5、有的厂家生产的开料机他的真空吸附台面吸附能力不是很强，在加工产品的时候工件吸附不牢靠，造成板材的移位，这也是造成板材崩边的原因。
