五轴雕刻机如何正确的选型呢？

五轴雕刻机不同于简单的三轴雕刻机，它极其复杂，主要实现大型三维立体模型的加工，五轴联动的立体加工。非金属五轴雕刻机主要结构采用工作台移动式，运行灵活，效率高。

一，客户根据自己的产品加工需求判定一下是否需要五轴雕刻机。例如加工泡沫等制品，无特殊要求基本不需要五轴雕刻机，因为泡沫可以任意的切割、分层，买一台三轴雕刻机就可以实现。

五，要根据企业当地的要求决定设备是否需要全封闭，并把这个要求明确告知厂家，因为现在要求越来越严格，建议企业能把这些因素考虑进去。

六，和厂家联系后，像厂家提供自己的基本需求，让厂家标准机型或和要求规格想接近的机型，尽量选择厂家的标准机型，这样性价比高。
