随着人们对数控泡沫雕刻机率、高性能的加工效率认知,越来越多的客户在选购和引进数控泡沫雕刻机设备。客户在泡沫雕刻机厂家咨询和了解设备时,销售人员往往会问客户选择步进电机还是伺服电机?相对而言步进电机会便宜不少。
With the recognition of efficient and high-performance machining efficiency of CNC foam engraving machine, more and more customers are buying and importing CNC foam engraving equipment. 那么,客户应该如何配用步进电机驱动器呢?根据电机的电流,配用大于或等于此电流的驱动器。如果需要低振动或高精度时,可配用细分型驱动器。对于大转矩电机,保丽龙雕刻机一台,尽可能用高电压型驱动器,以获得良好的高速性能。

其次,泡沫雕刻机步进电机也分为两相和三相的。两相电机成本低,但在低速时的震动较大,高速时的力矩下降快。三相电机则振动较小,高速性能好,比两相电机的速度高30~50%,可在部分场合取代伺服电机。
Secondly, the stepping motor of foam carving machine is also divided into two phases and three phases. The cost of two-phase motor is low, but the vibration is large at low speed, and the torque drops quickly at high speed. The three-phase motor has less vibration and good high-speed performance, which is 30 ~ 50% higher than the two-phase motor. It can replace the servo motor in some occasions.
