石材雕刻机使用过程中为什么要加水?

标配的石材雕刻机,墓碑雕刻机都是双冷却的,一方面由于石材材质较硬,所以在工作的时候要水冷刀头,另一方面是水冷却主轴,防止主轴温度过高,对主轴起到一定的保护作用。不过如果客户在不注意或者不按培训步骤工作的话,就会出现不通水干烧的现象,对机器本身造成严重损害。

一,石材雕刻机主轴干烧更容易导致的就是主轴发热过度,温度过高导致烧掉。一般主轴烧掉后,就得需要把坏的返厂维修。然后修好再从工厂发回来,这样一来一回的周期大约1周左右,会严重耽误正常加工工期,如果客户那边着急要订单的话,会造成很大的损失。所以说客户在加工的时候,一定要按照工厂技术员的培训操作,保证机器的正常使用,延长机器的适用周期。

二,如果石材雕刻机的主轴没有通水冷却,就会一直处于持续高温发热状态。容易导致主轴出现抖动或者错位,雕刻忽快忽慢,不稳定的现象。一方面会使精度会受到影响,另一方面主轴错位会使得雕刻样品错位,雕刻出的样品自然漏洞百出,非常不精细。
