石材雕刻机加工过程中冷却的重要性

市面上大多数的数控石材雕刻机都是采用双冷却的，而石材加工过程中加水有什么作用呢？其实是因为石材的材质都比较硬，所以在雕刻过程中需要水冷刀头。

另一方面是采用水冷却雕刻机主轴，防止主轴的温度过高，起到一定的保护作用。如果雕刻机操作人员不注意冷却或者没有按照步骤进行操作的话，很容易会导致石材雕刻机不通水干烧的情况，对设备造成严重的损害。
